 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. F&D were contacted to remove an existing Evaporative air conditioner and install a new ducted reverse cycle air con unit at my premises in Helsall Court Willetton.
From the initial contact with Tom Manion and Accounts staff to the delivery and install of the unit, it was first class.
I enjoyed the interaction with Tom and the install team who were friendly and competent.
No issues, and i felt very happy when the job was finished that i had made the right choice and commend the F&D Canning Vale team.

I can't express enough how impressed I was with the team that came out to decommission, remove and dispose of our old reverse cycle system and install all new ducting, vents, controllers etc.  Everyone was extremely polite.  Sooo tidy.  Used dust sheets everywhere and vacuumed as they went.  Not a scrap of anything left behind.
Walked up through the new system.  Everything ran smoothly from quote to installation.
I highly recommend Ford and Doonan for your aircon needs.  Reasonable pricing too.

Got 4 Daikin split systems installed at different levels in a multi-storey house. The team were very communicative, and able to co-ordinate with the other electrical work going on at the same time. I can highly recommend Ford and Doonan for their exceptional service from the very beginning from when Peter came and gave us a quote, through to when Sean (or Shawn)  came to do a site inspection and finally to the three lads that came to install our ducted reverse cycle and the electrician.
All I can say is Thank-you. We could not be any happier with the ease this was done.  We had our evaporated system changed to recycled
Everything was explained to us through out and Sean even called in on the way home to make sure everything was fine and to see if we were happy. The place looked fantastic when they finished

Particularly impressed by use of a Lock Out/Tag Out system to safely disconnect & re-energise power downstream of meter box.
