Ford & Doonan were engaged by ZD construction to provide a complainant mechanical services package for stage 13 at St Maria Goretti catholic school. The mechanical services package was consultant specified and designed, F&D worked with the builder and associated trades to complete the works within the scheduled time frame, the builder and the project was recognized at the MBA awards winning three awards, ZD Constructions and their team were successful in winning 3 Awards at this years’ Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards- ‘Best Education Building’ and ‘Best Refurbishment or Renovation’ (both up to $5 million) and also ‘Site Manager of the Year’ for Steve Smith for St Maria Goretti’s Catholic School.
