Very professional and did a good job on installing our A/C. I would highly recommend their team. Bob is the one who installed our A/C and I would like to thank him for being professional and doing a good job on our house. Our place was not the biggest and I am sure he had a few obstacles doing the job but he still managed to finish it on time and neatly. Price can never just be a basis of what is a good deal, professionalism and knowledge on what they are doing should also be considered.
The salesman was awesome the cost of the service was on par with what i thought and the installers were an amazing bunch of guys .... well done boys

We are over the moon with our new airconditioners. We have 5. They look very stylish on the walls. The installers were amazing. They were very efficient and worked well with each other, cleaned up the floors with a vacuum when they had finished installing. They also wiped down each unit...all clean and sparkly. Everything was installed exactly how and where we wanted. Customer service is very much a focus of this company

Josh, who did the servicing for us yesterday, was absolutely outstanding. I can’t comment on the quality of his work as we haven’t needed to run the units since his visit, but he was very professional and thoughtful in his approach. I was very unwell with a migraine when he visited and my partner had to leave to attend a meeting on my behalf. Josh was incredibly understanding and worked around me while I was in bed, locking up independently when he was done. I am so appreciative of his kindness and understanding at a time when I was so unwell. Yesterday was a difficult day for my partner and I as I became so unwell I was referred to hospital so Josh making the servicing experience as positive as he could was great. If you are able, I would really like for my positive feedback about Josh to be passed on to his line manager as I would like for his professionalism to be acknowledged.
