Very impressed with the service by Ford and Doonan Mandurah. From initial visit and quote by Rhett, who provided us with a great option for two split systems for our home to replace a completely outdated ducted evap system, and at a very competitive price too, I might add, to the seamless and professional install by Rhys and Liam, the whole process went without a hitch. Within 5 minutes of install, the electricians were here, and an hour later all was  completed. Absolutely fabulous work from start to finish with all involved with Ford and Doonan Mandurah. Just had our 20+ year old ducted evaporative air conditioning system replaced with a ducted Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning system. So far it’s been a very positive experience dealing with the Ford and Doonan Mandurah (F&D) team. Our  first contact was with Rhett the sales consultant. He knows his stuff and answered all of my questions. He provided us with expert guidance and provided us with a detailed competitive quote, which we accepted. Our next contract was with Laitysha the assigned job coordinator. The work was booked in early the following week. The installer Andy and his two sons arrived on time as scheduled with friendly and positive attitudes. After a short walk through and discussion with Andy the boys quickly started the work firstly removing the old ductwork and system then installing the new system and ducting. Once near the install completion Andy called the electrician, Steve and provided me with an ETA on his arrival to wire the system up and get it operational. Steve also arrived as scheduled and completed the electrical works quickly. He took the time to demonstrate and explain how to operate the system correctly. F&D also recommended a handyman called Garry from Avocet Handyman Service to patch the holes left from the old evaporative system outlet vents. He did an amazing job. All in all F&D have assembled a great team who work well with each other. I would recommend Ford and Doonan Mandurah to anyone looking for a quality air conditioning system and have a worry free installation carried out by a high quality professional team. When we requested a quote we received one speedily, and they even sent a staff member to view our house and gather more details eg removal of old split system. We got a very thorough document going through the ducted aircon job. And were booked in impressively soon. The day came for a team to do the installation. Very professional and friendly. I was after a aircon system and Rhett came to see me. He sized up the area I was needing to both keep cool in summer and cosy in winter. I was keen on a Daikin system (Japanese technology, renowned in cooling and heating technology globally). I waited a year before passing any comment on my system. It's a 6kW Split aircon system and has surpassed my expectations. During the winter months I would set the temp to 23degrees, come summertime 26.5 degrees, I needed to put a shirt on, it was too cool. When I used the aircon, it was kept at the lowest fan setting. So I definitely approve of Daikin A/C and Rhett at Ford & Doonan MANDURAH. (I gave my unbiased opinion freely).
