We recently used Ford and Doonan for our new build and had Tiffany as our sales consultant. Tiffany made the whole process from start to finish very easy and enjoyable! She ran through all our options and did her best to ensure all our wants and needs were accounted for as well as working very closely with our budget! There is good customer service, excellent customer service and there is Troy Young from Ford & Doonan. Three years ago I was looking for a company to undertake job of  replacing an old ducted AC system. I had four visits from four different sales representatives and I was very discouraged by the whole experience. Not even one of them earned my trust to spend a significant amount of money with them. Then came Troy Young from Ford & Doonan. Almost immediately I new that he was "my guy". I didn't have impression that he tried to push on me the most expensive system or the cheapest one (getting bonus for clearing the warehouse). He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions without "if" and "maybes". He was straight to the point: "this is your house, this is what you need, this is what I can offer". He showed me how the system would work, he gave me the time fame on the completion of the job, the quote and that's it. The installation of the system was another nice surprise. I was told that the work might take up to 8 hrs and was completed in half of that time by Shaun who was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After-sale service by Troy was also nice surprise. I had a few queries in the coming weeks following the job and each time Troy got back to me answering even the silliest of my questions. Last week, almost exactly 3 years since the installation of the AC and a year after warranty run out I reach again to Troy with a question about a problem with WiFi connection on the control panel. I sent him an email on Thursday at 8:30 pm. If it wasn't enough that Troy replied immediately with the tips how to fix the issue, and after realizing that the panel needs to be replaced, I got this done by 9.00 am the next morning! I've been working in hospitality and customer service for over 20 years but I've never experience such of amazing care of a costumer until meeting Troy. Another air conditioning firm had come out to do a service and inspection of my ducted air conditioning system as it hadn't been working well. I received a very expensive quote to replace a fan motor and, when I asked for a breakdown of the parts and labour, was fobbed off saying it was 'not company policy'. I contacted Troy at Ford and Doonan Osborne Park who gave me an indicative quote that was much better value, subject to confirming the right part number, and arranged for the system to be inspected. The technician, Marjo, found that the problem was caused by an entirely different issue and resolved it there and then, saving me a significant amount of unnecessary expenditure as the motor didn't need to be replaced. The old evaporative air-conditioner was removed and the new reverse cycle air-conditioner installed with minimal interruption to the  house hold and with all rubbish removed and in less time then they scheduled for. They even got replacement tyles for the roof where the old air-conditioner was previously. The tradesmen were all polite and no-one was grumpy - and this was all done the week before Christmas. - Yay - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. thankyou
