Situated in the heart of West Perth, Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning West Perth is the oldest established Ford & Doonan branch. Andrew Ford & Kyle Doonan opened its doors in 1985, originally on Wellington Street where it was based for a number of years, before making a move to the City West complex. The branch became a franchise in 2008 and has been owned and operated by current director Kevin Trott ever since. Kevin’s main focus has been hands on in the installation department and supervising the installations for just as long, as well as managing the sales department, and overseeing the operations within the office!

Only a few years ago Kevin made a decision to relocate the branch within West Perth, and found a centrally-located premises on Gordon Street which holds larger office space and a warehouse to suit their needs, not far from Perth CBD. This gradual transition provided the branch and the staff the space required to continue its growth, while maintaining great customer-service.

Our air conditioning West Perth branch specialises in domestic air conditioning, whether it be in existing homes or brand new homes. We have built very strong relationships with a number of Perth’s leading building company’s and have dedicated installation teams equipped to carry out installations in those double- or single-storey homes. We also have the opportunity to carry out a number of different installations in commercial environments, allowing the installation team to work in different settings and broaden their knowledge.

Good referrals and repeat business is key to our growth. We have been installing air conditioning systems over three generations, and it’s not uncommon that we have installed a system for mum and dad, their children, and their grandchildren.
