Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning Systems have developed and are implementing the following strategies for COVID-19.At Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our priority and we have implemented the following measures at Ford & Doonan stores in response to COVID-19.

New Sales Enquires and Installation Visits

• Our sales consultants are equipped with hand sanitiser at the office and whilst on the road
• Phone and email communication between clients and Ford & Doonan staff will be offered as a preferred method of communication should our customers wish to stay at home
• Installation staff visiting site are equipped with masks to wear
• Handover and installations can be completed with minimum to no contact between Ford & Doonan staff and customers

Service Department

• Phone and email communication between clients and Ford & Doonan staff will be offered as a preferred method of communication should our customers wish to stay at home
• Service technicians visiting staff visiting site are equipped with masks to wear
• Service work can be completed with minimum to no contact between Ford & Doonan Staff and customers

If you have recently returned from overseas, you are to self-isolate for 14 days as per the Australian Government directive.  If you have been in contact with someone that has Corona Virus, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from visiting our showrooms. If you have an installation or service booked, we ask that you take precautionary action or reschedule the appointment. If you choose to reschedule, we will attempt to find the nearest available date for the proposed works to be carried out.
