The year is passing quickly and it was time to acknowledge our Sales Team for their efforts this year.
However, it was not only about the results of the past year, but also how to move on more efficiently into the next summer.John Lees, Sales and marketing specialist from Sydney held a half day training session with our Ford & Doonan team.
He was able to inspire the team with new creative sales ideas and techniques, focusing on communication, sales standards and how to achieve the best sales results.
After some light refreshments the all exciting part started, the Sales Awards 2014!
The year was a good one, especially for the sales teams, of which so many joined the one million and two million dollar club. Everyone did an amazing job. Special congratulations went to Ford & Doonan Osborne Park for winning Franchise of the Year 2014.
