On Friday 25th November 2022, Ford & Doonan were awarded the prestigious Housing Industry Association (HIA) Best Customer Service Award for a supplier, at the 2022 HIA Perth Housing Awards held at The West in Perth. 2022 marks the third year Ford & Doonan have taken this prestigious industry-recognised award home.
“Winning the customer service award at the recent 2022 HIA awards was particularly rewarding as M.D of the Ford & Doonan Group” explained Andrew Ford, Managing Director of the Ford & Doonan Group. “Although It is our third successive win in this category, I think this year was more special considering the issues the building industry has had to endure, including supply chain issues and ongoing cost increases in the supply chain. Ford & Doonan was not immune to these challenges and to be acknowledged as still delivering award-winning service makes the efforts of our teams, all worthwhile.”
