Winner of the 2019 MBA Customer Service Award
Ford & Doonan are extremely excited about our latest achievement, winning the Master Builders Association Customer Service Award – Supplier for 2019. The award acknowledges all of the hard work we have been putting in to ensure our Customer Service is second to none across all our stores. We have focused heavily on new technologies including the best in state-of-the-art climate control, as well as improving our quality assurance process, and customer review system.
Moving forward, we will be improving our pre-approval process and will continue striving to improve the complete customer experience in both product quality and service. Thank you to everyone in the Ford & Doonan team that made this possible.
