Once a year the entire Ford & Doonan Group’s Sales Teams come together, for training and honoring extraordinary achievements in Sales -The Sales Big Day Out.
This year the training was in continuance with the Builders Breakfast, keeping the theme of customer experience. Graham Harvey made the group think about the 7 senses and it effects on our customer service. The entire team was of high enthusiasm after the training, and has started putting small and substantial changes into place, as everything counts. The session has certainly set us up to continue delivering the best customer service over the coming summer season, which is not long now.
The second part of the Sales Big Day Out, consisted of the awards for all our Sales Teams. Not only does this allow us to reflect on the last year, but also motivates everyone for the coming year.
As Ford & Doonan does a large amount of work with our Builders, a the new category for our Builders Direct Sales Teams has become very successful as well, with Leighann from Osborne Park achieving the highest sales.
Special Congratulations are in place for our 2 million dollar club, Ray Smith from Osborne Park, Cameron Yates from Mandurah and David Aspill from Joondalup, with their outstanding performance.
